Clearance Critter has no user accounts, so for most visitors there is nothing to delete: we do not store your name, email address or IP address (see our privacy policy).

If you interacted with our Facebook or Instagram pages

Our Meta app can see the comments and messages you sent to our pages and your public profile name. To have us delete any of it:

  1. Email jojov@clearancecritter.com with the subject Data deletion request.
  2. Include your Facebook or Instagram name or username and, if you can, a link to the comment or conversation.
  3. We delete the matching comments, replies and records we hold within 30 days and email you to confirm.

You can also delete your own comments on Facebook or Instagram at any time, and remove our app from your account under Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Data held by Meta itself is covered by Meta’s own deletion tools.

AI assistant connector and website

Connector requests and website usage counts contain no name, email or stored IP address, so they cannot be traced back to you or deleted per person. Hosting logs expire on their own within 30 days.
